- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
- `404`: Resource not found
- `422`: The report is blocked (#2882). `title` RECONCILIATION_REPORT_INVALID_REFERENCES means a matched book reference is no longer a posted, live entry in the reconciliation's entity; `extensions` carries reconciliationId, reconciliationStatus and invalidReferences[] (matchId, bankTransactionId, bookReference, condition not_found|deleted|void|not_posted|outside_entity, requiredAction rerun_matching|reject_match|reopen_then_rematch). Identifiers only, no amounts.
