# Reopen a completed reconciliation with an audited reason

`POST /accountant/companies/{customerId}/reconciliations/{id}/reopen`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Unlocks records belonging to this company-scoped reconciliation atomically with its lifecycle audit. Service principals require substantive correction-source evidence and use the high-impact route policy. Unmatch remains human-only.

  - `evidence` string: Correction-source reference and explanation; required for service principals.

## Response `200`
