- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
- `404`: Resource not found
- `409`: Go-live refused by the stored business model (#1967), before any write. `error.title` is `GO_LIVE_BUSINESS_MODEL_UNCONFIRMED` when the model is still the stored software default (an accountant confirms it by picking the model through PATCH .../business-model, the same value included), or `GO_LIVE_BUSINESS_MODEL_UNSET` when the stored model is missing or unregistered. `error.extensions` carries `businessModel` and `businessModelSource`. Re-locking (`metricsEnabled: false`) is never refused.
