# Approve a draft QuickBooks write-back batch (#2642)

`POST /accountant/companies/{customerId}/integrations/quickbooks/writebacks/{batchId}/approve`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

The caller presents the batch's manifest hash; the same person may prepare and approve. Records the approver and time. 409 on a manifest mismatch or when the batch is not a draft.
