# Single document (accountant read)

`GET /accountant/companies/{customerId}/documents/{documentId}`

## Request

- URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1/accountant/companies/{customerId}/documents/{documentId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The accountant document DTO for one document, plus `autoMatchLastDecision` — the auto-matcher's last recorded decision for the document (outcome, reason, candidateCount, source, at), null when the auto-matcher has never abstained on it. 404 for documents that are unassigned or missing an entity, matching the other accountant document reads.

Accountant document DTO + autoMatchLastDecision (object | null)

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
- `404`: Resource not found
