# Record an accountant-approved AP payment intent

`POST /accountant/companies/{customerId}/ap/{id}/schedule-payment`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Persists a future payment date and pay-state only. This endpoint does not move money or call a payment provider; bank matching remains the source of truth for payment settlement.

Payment intent scheduled

## Other responses

- `404`: Not found or AR/AP not enabled
- `422`: Invalid date or terminal AP item
