`GET /v0.1/servers/{serverName}/versions`

## Other responses

- `304`: Not Modified: If-None-Match matched the ETag.
- `404`: Server not found.
- `422`: Validation failed (`include_deleted`).
- `429`: Rate limited. Cache what you fetch and page with `updated_since`.
