Daily insider trading activity per issuer: open-market purchases and sales by directors, officers, and 10%+ shareholders, summed per issuer and transaction date from SEC Forms 4 and 5. Sum rows over a date range to build a rolling window of net insider buying or selling. Only purchases and sales of non-derivative securities count; grants, exercises, tax withholding, and gifts do not. Each transaction is counted once even when several reporting owners filed it jointly. Transactions replaced by a later amendment are excluded, and only transactions that could have been executed in the market are counted: the filed price is within 10% of the issuer's common-stock range on the transaction date, the size is at most 25% of the issuer's shares outstanding, and purchases are at most 10 times (sales 100 times) that day's consolidated volume. That excludes filer errors and bogus filings (an aggregate price entered as per-share, impossible share counts) and limits coverage to issuers with a listed common stock and a market price that day. A transaction reported by several affiliated entities, in one filing or several, is counted once. The underlying filings are available from the Form 4 and Form 5 endpoints.

    - `net_shares` number, double, required: Shares purchased minus shares sold.
    - `net_value` number, double, required: Value purchased minus value sold in USD.
    - `planned_purchase_value` number, double, required: Value of shares purchased under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan in USD. Zero on filings before the plan checkbox was introduced in 2023.
    - `planned_sale_value` number, double, required: Value of shares sold under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan in USD. Zero on filings before the plan checkbox was introduced in 2023.
    - `purchase_count` integer, required: Number of open-market purchase transactions.
    - `purchase_shares` number, double, required: Shares purchased.
    - `purchase_value` number, double, required: Value of shares purchased in USD.
    - `purchaser_count` integer, required: Number of distinct insiders who purchased.
    - `sale_count` integer, required: Number of open-market sale transactions.
    - `sale_shares` number, double, required: Shares sold.
    - `sale_value` number, double, required: Value of shares sold in USD.
    - `seller_count` integer, required: Number of distinct insiders who sold.
    - `tickers` string[]: Ticker symbols of the issuer as of the transaction date. Multiple symbols may indicate different share classes; the totals cover the issuer, not each ticker.
    - `transaction_date` string, date: Date of the transactions (formatted as YYYY-MM-DD).
  - `status` 'OK', required: The status of this request's response.
