    - `primary_category` string: Top-level risk category
    - `secondary_category` string: Mid-level risk category
    - `supporting_text` string: Snippet of text to support the given label
    - `tertiary_category` string: Most specific risk classification
    - `ticker` string: Stock ticker symbol for the company.
  - `status` 'OK', required: The status of this request's response.

- `400`: An error message.
