# Refresh from office

`PATCH /filings/{id}/refresh_from_office`

## Request

Trigger an asynchronous refresh of this filing against the
trademark office's API. Returns immediately after enqueueing
the sync job; the filing's data fields are updated in the
background once the office responds.

Caller-safe: no input is accepted. Internally enqueues
`FilingSyncWorker` which fetches fresh data from the office
adapter and applies it via the system-only `:sync_from_office`
action.

This is the public-API counterpart to `:sync_from_office` —
the latter accepts raw office data and is for internal
workers only.
