# List clients

`GET /clients`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.markmesh.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.markmesh.com/v1/clients`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Trademark-holder records — the legal entities (companies, individuals, …) on whose behalf trademarks are filed. Each client is scoped to your organisation.

**Filterable attributes**: `address_1`, `address_2`, `city`, `closed_reason`, `contact_name`, `country`, `id`, `name`, `postal_code`, `state`, `status`, `type`. See the `Filtering` section under Introduction for the query syntax.

**Sortable attributes**: `address_1`, `address_2`, `city`, `closed_reason`, `contact_email`, `contact_name`, `contact_phone`, `country`, `external_id`, `id`, `name`, `notes`, `postal_code`, `state`, `status`, `type`. See the `Sorting` section under Introduction for the syntax.
