# File one annotation at a destination

`POST /{id}/annotations/{opId}/push`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Unguessable share id (nanoid/uuid) — it is the access token
- `opId` string, required: Id of the annotation op to file

## Request body

- PushAnnotation
  - `provider` string, required: A configured destination whose trigger is manual
  - `secrets` object: The credential fields for this destination, supplied per request. They are used for this one call and never stored.

  - `url` string, nullable, required: The created issue, where the destination returns one

## Other responses

- `400`: Could not be filed
- `401`: Password-protected link: send `Authorization: Bearer <password>`
- `404`: Not found
- `410`: Expired
- `429`: Too many wrong passwords for this link from this client
