`GET /v1/signals/attribution`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.marketintell.ai`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Operational metrics: which signal-pipeline filters reject the most candidates over the last `window_ms` (default 24h), plus an optional `recent` tail for deep-dive debugging. Read-only; requires `read` and `signals` scopes. No PII surfaced.
