# Delete a session

`DELETE /v1/sessions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.marketintell.ai`
- URL: `https://api.marketintell.ai/v1/sessions/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Delete a chat session you own. Cascades to all messages in the session. Returns 404 if the session doesn't exist or isn't owned by the calling key. Idempotent only in the sense that a second call returns 404, not 200.

Session deleted

  - `success` boolean, required
  - `deleted` integer: Rows removed

## Other responses
