`GET /v1/proof/summary`

## Request

Public, no-auth headline accuracy numbers (n, hit rate, Wilson 95% CI, avg PnL) over closed signals. Same shape as `/v1/leaderboard` but in the public proof namespace. 5-minute CDN cache. Stubs are excluded.
