`GET /health`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.marketintell.ai`
- URL: `https://api.marketintell.ai/health`
- Auth: none required

Returns `{ status: 'ok' }` only. Lightweight, no DB hit — safe for high-frequency load-balancer probes. For richer detail use `/health/full` (admin-only) or `/v1/doctor` (public, optional auth).
