Subscribe to a trading idea for notifications

Optional trade_data can be provided to record a buy trade:
- portfolio_id: Portfolio to record trade in
- quantity: Number of shares
- price: Entry price (defaults to idea's entry_price)
- trade_date: Date of trade (defaults to today)
