Add a new portfolio position

## Query parameters

- `merge_existing` boolean

## Request body

- PortfolioPositionCreate: Portfolio position creation model
  - `financial_instrument_id` string, uuid, required
  - `portfolio_id` string, uuid, required
  - `cost_price` number, required: Price at which the position was acquired
  - `quantity` number, required: Number of shares/units owned
  - `purchase_date` string, date, nullable: Date when position was acquired (defaults to today)
