# Test Personal Alert

`POST /api/personal-alerts/test`

## Request

Test alert before creation (Test Alert).

Process:
1. Generates ai_instructions from event_description
2. Collects current context
3. AI analyzes: interpretation, current status, confidence

Spam protection:
- Result caching for 10 minutes (if data unchanged)
- Rate limit: max 10-15 requests per hour per user
