`POST /api/orders/`

Create a new order

## Request body

- OrderCreate: Order creation model
  - `financial_instrument_id` string, uuid, required
  - `order_type` 'buy' | 'sell', required: Order types
  - `execution_type` 'market' | 'limit': Order execution types
  - `quantity` number, required: Number of shares/units
  - `price` number, nullable: Target price (optional for market orders)
  - `valid_until` string, date-time, nullable: Order expiration date (null for GTC - Good Till Cancelled)
