## Request

Тестовая выгрузка новостей для указанного тикера из выбранного источника

Поддерживаемые источники:
- **yahoo**: Новости из Yahoo Finance
- **anthropic**: Новости через Anthropic AI  
- **newsapi-ai**: Новости через NewsAPI.ai (сохраняется как 'newsapi-ai')

Endpoint автоматически найдет инструмент по тикеру и попытается выгрузить новости
из указанного источника, затем сохранит их в базу данных.

## Request body

- TestNewsFetchRequest: Request model for test news fetch
  - `ticker` string, required: Stock ticker symbol (e.g., AAPL, MSFT)
  - `source` 'yahoo' | 'anthropic' | 'newsapi-ai', required: News source types for test fetch
