`GET /api/wallet/browser-usage`

## Request

Browser session usage + rate for the authenticated user.

Sessions are debited from the same wallet as hosting compute (see
`services/browserbase_pool.bill_session_close`), at
`settings.browserbase_rate_per_hour_cents`. Only pooled sessions
(Maritime-supplied Browserbase) are billed. User-key sessions
return `cost_cents = 0`.
