# Forgot Password

`POST /api/auth/forgot-password`

## Request

Initiate a password reset.

Generates a single-use token (1 hour expiry), stores its SHA-256 hash,
and emails a reset link. Always returns ok to prevent email enumeration.
Skips silently for OAuth-only users.
