`POST /api/agents/{agent_id}/reset-llm`

## Request

Replace the agent's OpenAI key with a Maritime proxy token and set the base URL.

Updates both the env vars in the DB and the openclaw.json inside the
running container so currently deployed agents pick up the change
without a full redeploy.
