`GET /api/agents/{agent_id}/llm-status`

## Request

Check whether the agent is using the Maritime LLM proxy or a custom key.

OpenClaw resolves the API key with env > openclaw.json precedence, so we
check both: the live process environment first (highest priority), then
the openclaw.json config, then the DB env var as a last resort.
