The rendered image, with the renderer's own ETag and Cache-Control

## Other responses

- `304`: Not modified (the request carried a matching If-None-Match)
- `400`: The renderer rejected the parameters (problem+json); no image was drawn and the units are returned
- `404`: `style` named a hosted style id this deployment does not host (problem+json); refused before any render, so the units are returned
- `504`: The renderer produced no image within the deadline, after its own retry on a fresh browser (problem+json). Billed as a render
