Uniform acknowledgement; a link was sent if budgets allow

- SigninResponse: Uniform response for sign-in link requests.
  - `status` string, required: Always `"sent-if-exists"`, the response is identical whether or not the address has an account, so it cannot be used to probe which emails are MapMap customers.

## Other responses

- `404`: Unknown, expired or revoked pointer
- `429`: Per-IP request velocity exceeded
- `501`: Console not configured
