# The minimum-version signal for one MapMap app. Keyless and unmetered.

`GET /v1/apps/{app}/status`

## Response `200`

The app's minimum version (`null` when none is set, which never blocks) and, with `version`, whether that version must update

- AppStatusResponse: `GET /v1/apps/{app}/status` response body.
  - `app` string, required: The app slug that was asked about (`nav` or `tellway`).
  - `min_version` string, nullable: Lowest version still allowed to run, or `null` when no minimum is set (the default, which never blocks).
  - `update_required` boolean, nullable: With `?version=`: whether that version is below `min_version` and must update. `false` when no minimum is set. `null` when no `version` was sent.

## Other responses

- `400`: `version` is not 1 to 4 dot-separated numbers
- `404`: Not one of the MapMap apps
