# \`GET /admin/pointclouds\`: datasets, declared sizes and computed storage fees (250 GB included with a viewer delivery, then £3.50 per GB per year; £120 a year minimum without one), for invoice-line billing. Read-only: this endpoint never moves money.

Datasets and hosting-fee lines

- PointcloudsOverview: Response for `GET /admin/pointclouds`.
  - `datasets` DatasetSummary[], required: Every dataset with a readable manifest.
    - `bytes` integer, required: Declared bytes across the dataset's files.
    - `dataset` string, required: Dataset id (directory name).
    - `files` integer, required: Number of declared files.
    - `identity_id` string, nullable: Owning identity, when self-served.
    - `key_ids` string[]: Explicitly allowed operator keys.
    - `public` boolean, required: Whether any authenticated key may fetch it.
  - `hosting_fees` HostingFeeLine[], required: Hosting fees grouped by owner, the invoice lines. Report only: nothing here debits a ledger (see the module docs).
    - `annual_fee_pence` integer, required: Annual storage fee in pence, the invoice line: £3.50 per GB per year on `billable_bytes` (decimal GB, rounded up to the next penny), floored at the £120 minimum only without a viewer delivery.
    - `billable_bytes` integer, required: Bytes above the allowance, the ones the rate applies to.
    - `bytes` integer, required: Total declared bytes across the owner's datasets.
    - `included_bytes` integer, required: Bytes the allowance covers (at most 250 GB, 0 without a viewer delivery).
    - `monthly_fee_millipence` integer, required: One month's pro-rata share of the annual rate, in millipence (the ledger's unit): 350/12 pence per GB-month, rounded up to the next millipence. For part-year invoicing; a full year is invoiced from `annual_fee_pence`.
    - `monthly_fee_pence` integer, required: `monthly_fee_millipence` rounded up to the next penny.
    - `owner` string, required: The owner: an identity id, or `operator:<key_id>` / `public` for datasets without one.
    - `viewer_delivery` boolean, required: Whether the owner has a viewer delivery carrying the storage allowance: any of their datasets not marked `storage_only`.
