## Request

Retrieve a user by id.

## Response `200`

  - `id` integer
  - `email` string, email, required: Email of the user
  - `full_name` string, nullable: Full name of the degree
  - `display_name` string, nullable: Name of the user to display - can be different from the full name
  - `phone_number` string, nullable: Phone number of the user
  - `picture` string, uri, nullable: Link to the picture of the user
