Retrieve an organization by id.

  - `external_id` string, nullable: Id of the organization in the API consumer's systems
  - `name` string, required: Name of the organization
  - `description` string: Description of the organization
  - `logo` string, uri: Link to the organization logo
  - `creator` integer: User who created the organization
  - `owner` integer, nullable: Owner of the organization
  - `address` string: Address of the organization
  - `website` string: Website of the organization
  - `is_public` boolean: Whther the organization and its details are visible to all users
  - `is_visible` boolean: Whether an organization minimal details are visible to all users
  - `custom_fields` object: Organization values for custom fields defined in Manatal.
  - `created_at` string, date-time: Date at which the organization was created
  - `updated_at` string, date-time
