Verify webhook connection

## Request body

- WebhookVerify: Schema for receiving verification webhook request
  - `target_url` string, uri
  - `model` 'candidate' | 'contact' | 'match' | 'job', required: An enumeration.
  - `action` 'create' | 'update' | 'moved' | 'status_update', required: An enumeration. When model is match, allowed values are create and moved. When model is candidate or contact, allowed values are create and update. When model is job, allowed value is status_update.
  - `source_name` 'zapier' | 'generic': An enumeration.
