# Fetch all resource groups

`GET /restapi/json/v1/resourcegroup`

## Request

Fetches all resource groups (static and dynamic) accessible to the authenticated user. Supports optional filtering by group type, search keywords, and pagination.

      - `timeCreated` string, date-time: Timestamp when the resource group was created.
      - `subGroupOf` string: Parent group ID if this is a subgroup; empty if not applicable.
      - `ownerId` string: User ID of the owner who created the group.
    - `name` string: Name of the API operation performed.
    - `totalRows` integer: Total number of resource groups retrieved.
