Update user details

    - `op` string, required: Operation to be performed on the user
    - `path` string, required: Path of the user
    - `value` union, required
      - RegisterPatchValueSchema
        - `email` string, email, required: Email of the customer
        - `verified` boolean, required: Verified status of the user to be updated
        - `is_registration` boolean, nullable: Is patch request from registration
      - string
