# Accept the proposed version of this board

`POST /dashboards/v3/{dashboard_id}/own-data/accept`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.mammoth.io/api/v2`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY` and API key in header `X-API-SECRET` and API key in header `X-WORKSPACE-ID`

proposal: land 'your version' (adds any calculated columns to the user's view first). partial: keep only what fits. reshape: turn the file's month columns into rows, then re-fit and propose again. Lands as an ordinary canvas version, so undo covers it.

    - `choice` 'proposal' | 'partial' | 'reshape'
    - `exclude` string[]

  - `status_code` integer, nullable
  - `job_id` integer, nullable: Created job id
  - `failure_reason` string, nullable: Failure reason if status is failure

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request syntax or unsupported method
- `403`: Request forbidden -- authorization will not help
