`PUT /dashboards/{dashboard_id}/qa/settings`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY` and API key in header `X-API-SECRET` and API key in header `X-WORKSPACE-ID`

- QaSettingsSpec: Update this dashboard's Q&A settings
  - `params` QaSettingsParams, required
    - `allow_viewer_qa` boolean, required: Whether viewers of this dashboard may ask live

## Response `200`

This dashboard's Q&A settings

- QaSettingsResponse
  - `allow_viewer_qa` boolean, required: Live viewer ask enabled
  - `can_manage` boolean: Whether the caller may change the setting
  - `public_link` boolean: Whether this dashboard is shared by PUBLIC link, which forces allow_viewer_qa off whatever the stored switch says. The editor renders the toggle as unavailable-with-a-reason rather than a switch that silently snaps back.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request syntax or unsupported method
- `403`: Request forbidden -- authorization will not help
