# Remind people who have not opened a dashboard

`POST /dashboards/{dashboard_id}/engagement/remind`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.mammoth.io/api/v2`
- URL: `https://app.mammoth.io/api/v2/dashboards/{dashboard_id}/engagement/remind`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY` and API key in header `X-API-SECRET` and API key in header `X-WORKSPACE-ID`

Send the board's share email again to each shared person who has not opened it in the last 30 days, at most once per person per board per 7 days. Anyone else is skipped with the reason (and, when recently reminded, when they can be reminded next). Editors only.

## Response `200`

Who was reminded, and who was skipped and why

- EngagementRemindResponse
  - `sent` integer[], required
  - `skipped` EngagementRemindSkip[], required
    - `user_id` integer, required
    - `reason` 'not_shared' | 'opened' | 'no_email' | 'recently_reminded' | 'send_failed', required
    - `next_at` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `201`: Document created, URL follows
- `400`: Bad request syntax or unsupported method
- `403`: Request forbidden -- authorization will not help
