# Mark a chat as seen by its owner (creator only)

`POST /agents/sessions/{session_id}/seen`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.mammoth.io/api/v2`
- URL: `https://app.mammoth.io/api/v2/agents/sessions/{session_id}/seen`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY` and API key in header `X-API-SECRET` and API key in header `X-WORKSPACE-ID`

Stamps now as when the owner last saw the chat, so the list stops flagging its last reply as a new result. Reading the chat's messages as its owner stamps it too; call this when a reply finishes while the chat is open. Does not move the chat in the list.

## Path parameters

- `session_id` string, required

## Response `204`

Request fulfilled, nothing follows

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request syntax or unsupported method
- `403`: Request forbidden -- authorization will not help
