# Verify SMTP credentials

`POST /smtp-auth`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mailly.site` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mailly.site/smtp-auth`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Verifies that username is the email bound to the current API key, for SMTP sending login.

## Request body

  - `username` string, required: SMTP username (email)

## Response `200`

Authenticated

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing a valid username
- `403`: Invalid credentials
