# Submit a custom domain request

`POST /sender-domains`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mailly.site` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mailly.site/sender-domains`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Each domain is unique across the platform; after submission it waits for ownership review, and once approved you can configure sending and receiving.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid parameters
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `402`: Requires a mailbox plan
- `403`: Plan domain limit reached
- `409`: Domain already exists
- `500`: Submission failed
