# Read the body without side effects (for webhooks and agents)

`GET /inbox/messages/{id}/content`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mailly.site` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mailly.site/inbox/messages/{id}/content`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Without format, returns text+html; with format=text/html/markdown, returns only that representation. strip_quotes=true removes quoted blocks.
