# Evaluate an inbound email manually

`POST /agents/runs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mailly.site` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mailly.site/agents/runs`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns 409 if the agent already has a run for this email; clients should rerun instead.

- `400`: Invalid parameters
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Agent or email not found
- `409`: An evaluation already exists
- `502`: Could not wake the agent
