# Provision the system SES tenant

`POST /admin/ses-tenants/system/provision`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mailly.site` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mailly.site/admin/ses-tenants/system/provision`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates or reuses the system tenant (mailly-system by default) and associates the shared configuration set, the system sender domain (SYSTEM_EMAIL_FROM_DOMAIN), and the platform domain. Idempotent.

Provisioned

  - `success` boolean, required
  - `system` object, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid system sender domain
- `409`: SES_TENANT_PROVISIONING is not enabled on the queue
- `429`: SES rate limited; retry later
- `502`: AWS or queue failure
- `503`: Queue is missing AWS credentials or is not bound
