`GET /api/v1/lists`

## Request

Every contacts list of the account, by name. No contact data.

    - `createdAt` integer, nullable, required: Epoch ms.
    - `updatedAt` integer, nullable, required: Epoch ms.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Too many requests for this key
