`POST /webhook-subscriptions`

- AccountWebhookSubscriptionRequestDto
  - `targetUrl` string
  - `event` string
  - `deliveryContentType` 'application/json' | 'text/plain': Delivery media type. Omission selects application/json; null is invalid.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Not Authorized
- `403`: Not Allowed
- `428`: Accept the customer agreements in the app before using API keys.
