# Retrieve tags.

`GET /tags`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.maildroppa.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.maildroppa.com/tags`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns customer-created and system-managed tags. Archived tags are excluded unless includeArchived is true.

## Query parameters

- `includeArchived` boolean

## Response `200`

List of tags retrieved.

- Tag[]
  - `id` string, uuid
  - `name` string: Tag name shown in the app.
  - `origin` 'CUSTOMER' | 'SYSTEM'
  - `active` boolean: Whether the tag can currently be assigned to subscribers.
  - `archivedAt` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `401`: Not Authorized
- `403`: Not Allowed
- `428`: Accept the customer agreements in the app before using API keys.
