# Restore an archived RSS newsletter

`POST /rss-newsletters/{newsletterId}/restore`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.maildroppa.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.maildroppa.com/rss-newsletters/{newsletterId}/restore`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Available to AppUser and ApiUser. Restores an owned archived newsletter as PAUSED with USER reason and no next feed check. Does not fetch the feed, activate delivery or release an issue. Existing configuration and retained history are preserved. Returns 400 for a non-archived newsletter and 404 for an unknown or other account's newsletter.

- `newsletterId` string, uuid, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Not Authorized
- `403`: Not Allowed
- `428`: Accept the customer agreements in the app before using API keys.
