# Identify the connected account

`GET /account`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.maildroppa.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.maildroppa.com/account`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

The account ID remains stable when its API key is rotated. Includes the account owner name and email for identifying the connected account. No billing data is returned.

## Other responses

- `401`: Not Authorized
- `403`: Not Allowed
- `428`: Accept the customer agreements in the app before using API keys.
