# Cancel a recurring occurrence

`POST /v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/content/recurring-occurrences/{occurrenceId}/cancel`

Cancels one occurrence of a recurring series along with its linked content. Discover the occurrenceId via `recurringMetadata` on the content list. Already-published occurrences cannot be cancelled.
