# Update content notes

`PATCH /v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/content/{id}/notes`

## Request

Replace the free-form rich-text notes attached to a content item. Notes are internal — never published.

  - `notes` string, required: Free-form rich-text notes (HTML). Replaces the entire notes body. Not published — internal only.
